HPEH, a charitable, tax exempt, 501 (c) (3), is dedicated to promoting empowerment of Detroit’s less fortunate citizens. The foundation focuses its funding to provide temporary shelter, nutrition and training for employment. Other services will include finding resources for permanent housing and employment.
